§ 5.14. Operating companies.

The board of lights and waterworks, with the concurrence of the Marietta City Council, may establish from time to time such non-profit corporations as it may deem necessary or desirable for the contractual operation of such utility function or functions as the board may see fit, provided that the directors of such corporations shall be appointed by the board with the concurrence of the Marietta City Council, for such terms as the board may deem desirable.
