§ 5.13. Service rates; pledging proceeds.

Said board shall have the right, power and authority to fix such rates and charges for water, electricity and other service to its customers as it may deem proper and just.

The board is hereby given the right, power and authority to pledge the proceeds thereof in accordance with the Revenue Certificate Law of 1937, approved March 31, 1937 (Ga. Laws 1937, p. 761), as amended.
