§ 5.3. Extension of mains and lines beyond city limits.

The board shall have the power and authority to extend its mains and lines beyond the limits of the city into the county at such places and to such distances as said board may determine by proper resolution, and to serve customers on said mains and lines so extended by such rates as may be fixed by the board.
